MY SON FELL IN LOVE WITH THIS RECIPE AFTER THE FIRST BITE

MUSHROOM CHEESE BREAD

1 C SHREDDED MOZZARELLA CHEESE

1 CAN MUSHROOMS STEMS AND PIECES, DRAINED

1/3 C MAYONNAISE

2 TBSP PARMESAN CHEESE

2 TBSP CHOPPED GREEN ONION

1 LOAF OF FRENCH BREAD

IN A SMALL BOWL COMBINE THE MOZZARELLA CHEESE, MUSHROOMS, MAYO, PARMESAN CHEESE AND THE GREEN ONION

CUT THE BREAD IN HALF LENGTHWISE ; SPREAD CHEESE MIXTURE OVER BOTH SIDES

BAKE IN A 350 DEGREE OVEN FOR 10 MINUTES OR UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWN

IF YOU TO TRY ANOTHER TWIST ON THIS RECIPE REPLACE MOZZARELLA CHEESE WITH PEPPER JACK CHEESE AND ADD SLICED JALAPEÑO ON TOP.
