1 TBSP SALT

1 TSP OF EACH  GARLIC POWDER, DRIED THYME, BLACK PEPPER AND GROUND CAYENNE PEPPER

1/2 C FLOUR

2 C WATER

2 CANS OF PINTO BEANS WITH LIQUID

1 CAN OF CRUSHED TOMATOES

1 CAN OF BEER

GARNISH

1 C OF EACH CHEDDAR CHEESE AND MONTEREY JACK CHEESE

1/2 C SOUR CREAM

1/2 CHOPPED GREEN ONION

BROWN ALL THE GROUND MEATS THEN ADD THE ONION, CHILI POWDER,THYME, SALT, BLACK PEPPER AND THE CAYENNE PEPPER

SAUTE  FOR AN ADDITIONAL 5 MINUTES

COMBINE THE FLOUR AND WATER THEN ADD TO YOUR MIXTURE

ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS, BRING CHILI TO A SIMMER THEN LET IT SIMMER FOR AN 1.5 HRS STIRRING OCCASIONALLY

SERVE UP YOUR BOWL AND ADD THE GARNISH TO THE TOP THEN IN NO TIME AT ALL GET THAT CHILL OUT OF THE AIR
